This calendar presents dates calculated using the methodology documented by 119 Ministries. Biblical days are counted evening to evening, lunar conjunctions establish the months, and the lunar conjunction nearest the spring equinox establishes the first biblical month.

A note about the dates

The dates below follow 119 Ministries' documented calculation method, using Jerusalem as the reference point for establishing biblical days and months. Because a biblical day begins in the evening, each range is written from evening to evening rather than midnight to midnight.

Annual rest days in 2029

Holy convocations and rest days

These Gregorian ranges show the annual appointed days on which Scripture calls for rest from ordinary work. Each biblical day begins in the evening and continues until the following evening.

First day of Unleavened Bread

Evening March 28 to evening March 29, 2029

Seventh day of Unleavened Bread

Evening April 3 to evening April 4, 2029

Feast of Weeks (Shavuot)

Evening May 20 to evening May 21, 2029

Yom Teruah (Day of Trumpets)

Evening September 8 to evening September 9, 2029

Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement)

Evening September 17 to evening September 18, 2029

First day of Sukkot

Evening September 22 to evening September 23, 2029

Eighth Day (Last Great Day)

Evening September 29 to evening September 30, 2029

Passover on the 14th day and Firstfruits are important appointed dates, but they are not separate annual no-work rest days. The weekly Sabbath remains a weekly rest in addition to the annual dates shown here.
