How credits and plan changes work
Assistant credits are separate from any fellowship access or video allowance. Monthly credits are used first and do not roll over. When you sign in, your credit balance shows when the current monthly allowance ends. Welcome and add-on credits do not expire; redeemed gift balances carry forward.
Your subscription renewal and monthly credit expiry can be different. Review the price, any applicable tax, effective date, and prorated amount in checkout or the billing portal before confirming a change. Cancellation terms and the date access ends are shown there.
