Common giving questions
How do I change or cancel monthly support?
Use the management options for the service you gave through. Find your giving method above for the right next step. Some changes to a PayPal gift may require canceling it and setting up a new monthly gift.
How can I get a donation receipt?
Check the email address you used when giving, including your spam folder. PayPal Giving Fund provides receipts for gifts made through its service. For help with a missing receipt or a mailed gift, contact our team.
Does a donation include an Assistant subscription or credits?
Donations support the work of 119 Ministries. Assistant subscriptions and credits are purchased separately. Our published biblical teachings remain freely available.
What is the difference between PayPal and PayPal Giving Fund?
The PayPal option sends your gift through our ministry's PayPal donation service. With PayPal Giving Fund, you give to the fund to benefit 119 Ministries; the fund provides your receipt and distributes donations under its own policies.
How is my donation information handled?
Payment information is handled by the giving provider. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. If you have a question about your donation information, ask our team.
